Murder Charges have been filed in the Homicide that occurred early Saturday morning at Belton Bridge Park.
20-year-old James Carlton Smith of Lula died as a result of a stab wound he received during an altercation at Park in Northern Hall County.
Investigators have charged 19 year old, James Mathew Grizzle, of Nicholson, with Murder.

The incident remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff's Office and the Hall County District Attorneys Office.
