The Court Services Division is commanded by Captain Chris Matthews. It is responsible for the service of all civil process matters that are received by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office from local and out of county judicial circuits. This Division is also responsible for Courthouse and courtroom security at the Hall County Courthouse.
