A Hall County Deputy was treated and released at the North East Georgia Medical Center for injuries sustained in a 2-vehicle crash on Belton Bridge Rd just east of Clermont.

 

The crash occurred Wednesday night at approximately 10PM, after the driver of a 1993 Dodge Dakota, Jamie Lemley of Clermont, lost control of his vehicle and struck the deputy’s patrol car.

 

The deputy and the driver of the Dodge along with his passenger, 19 year old Cole Knight of Murrayville, where transported to the NEGMC for treatment.

 

The accident is under investigation by the Gainesville Post of the Georgia State Patrol.
