Hall County Sheriffs Investigators arrest a Flowery Branch man on Rape and Aggravated Sodomy charges.

Investigators investigating allegations of Rape and Sodomy arrested 45 year old, Calvin Nicely, of Flowery Branch. He was charged with 1 count each of Rape and Aggravated Sodomy.

The incident occurred at the perpetrators residence in the 4200 block of Falcon Crest Drive in Flowery Branch.

Mr. Nicely is being held in the Hall County Detention Center without bond pending a Magistrate hearing.

The case is still under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff's Office, Criminal Investigations Division.
