
Hall County deputies arrested Buford man Wednesday night after discovering 25 grams of methamphetamine powder with a street value of approximately $3300.00.
Deputies stopped 24 year old, Daniel Miller, of Buford, on Friendship Road for a traffic violation. The driver exited his vehicle and fled from deputies on foot. After a brief foot chase Mr. Miller was apprehended and arrested.
He was charged with:
1. Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
2. Obstruction of an officer
3. Driving on a suspended license.
4. Driving with expired Tag.
Mr. Miller’s 1991 Nissan 300 was also seized by deputies for potential forfeiture proceedings.
He is currently being held in the Hall County Detention Center without bail pending a hearing.
The incident is still under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
