Hall County deputies responded to a report of Illegal Alcohol Sales from a residence in the 2300 block of Ridgeway Drive in Gainesville just after midnight, Monday Morning.

 

Deputies found Ezequel Castillo-Andrade, age 44, of Gainesville, engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages from his residence. Mr. Andrade was arrested and charged with the Sell of Alcohol Without a License and False Information to Officers.

Deputies also seized 8 cases of beer and $2,645.00 from the residence.

  

Mr. Andrade is currently being held in the Hall County Detention Center pending a hearing.

 

The incident is still under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
