If you are in need of a Criminal History, please come to the Hall County Sheriff's Office Record Division between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  Please bring a picture I.D. and $15.00.  Please allow one- (1) business day for processing.  Should you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at 770.531.6877.

If you would like to submit a request for information, such as a copy of an incident report, please fill out our request form on the feedback page.  Please specify in the comment section, the incident number if you have it, if not, what type of incident and when the incident occurred.  Make sure you fill out the name, address, phone number, and e-mail address sections of the form.
