Work Release / House Arrest

Offering separate facilities for both male and female inmates, the Work Release program houses a combination of qualified minimum-security pre-trial and post-trial inmates affording them the opportunity to assist in the support of their families while paying court ordered fines, child support, and any financial obligations in accordance with reimbursement of victims in their cases.

WORK RELEASE/HOUSE ARREST

 VISITATION

 

Visitation for the Work Release inmates will be conducted on Sundays between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

 

Visitors may only bring the following items:

1.      Keys

2.      Minimal needs for infants

3.      Approved items for infants

 

Rules of Visitation

1.      Purses may not be brought into the facility.  They must be left in the car

or at home.

2.      No visitor under the influence of  alcohol or illegal drugs will be allowed.

3.      Visitors will not be allowed to wear short shorts, halter tops, mini skirts

or any type of see through garments.

4.      Visits will be conducted in the designated visitation area.  Inmates will wait around the back of the facility for their visitors.

5.      Inmates are to be dressed in regulation uniforms.

6.      Three (3) visitors, one (1) of which may be a child or infant will be allowed to visit.

7.      Children 17 years of age and under MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

HOUSE ARREST VISITATION 

There will not be regulations concerning visitation on the House Arrest Program. However, inmates will not be allowed to leave the confines of their residence except during specified hours for the purpose of visitation: Saturdays 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon.
